With the newly designed FRAME case, a universal tube case made of aluminium with integral guide slots for accommodating non-standard components or PC boards, Fischer Elektronik have extended their large range of cases.
The modern design which incorporates shock-proof plastic covers (UL 94 V-0) and a protective frame with an integral seal (UL 94 V-0) meets protection type IP 54. The four standard versions can be used as a desk top case or a 'hand-held' case. The special geometry of the aluminium tube section allows the use of membrane keyboards or front membranes. An EMC version is possible using an electrically conductive surface.
The aluminium tube section and the covers can be machined, surface-treated and printed. The FRAME case is supplied as an unassembled set, including covers and mounting materials.
